i have a 06 connect and i has a leak in the passanger foot well it that bad that all the instulation under the matting has rotted its gone it to fords but thay keep saying it down to auto glass as i had a screen replaced in may auto glass has had th screen out and say no way but no ford have had another look and say it were the heated screen cable goes in auto glass problem again but auto glass say no way ford want £600 TO REMOVE MY DASH TO LOOK FOR THE PROBLEM if it turns out it not down to them or thay cant find a leak any iders on wot to do apart from burn it

if autoglass have fitted a screen and it's leaking then they need to sort it out - they're probably scared they're going to break it taking it out again to re-seal it and don't want to pay for a new glass

auto glass have taken the screen out and there is no evidence its the screen ayto glass cant do enought for me unlike fords who keep saying it auto glass problem

sorry I missed that, if they've already reseled it then it's coming in somewhere else - get someone to play a hose on it while you look under the dash wuth a torch

fords recon it wont work as rain water behaves diffent to a hose pipe wot is p###ing me off that the van is still under warenty but fords aint intreasted in fixing it

Like motorwise says, see if you can see where its coming from then you can have a good arguing point, common places are pollen filter housing, multiplug that goes through NSF inner wheel arch, sealer missing from bulkhead behind NS bonnet hinge, windscreen (but obviously you know its not that!!) and roof rack bungs :idea:
I miss my 'courtesy van'............140 Glx..now a Jumbo :(
