well its been a while but its been at the auto sparks for a week after putting it back together i had no ignition which was a fukker, they sorted that issure olny to fing the wrong diesel pump had been fitted not flowing enough fuel to the injectors to get it running

after talking with ford technical turns out its had a earlyer engine fitted as the 05 engines differ on the inlet/diesel pump side of things when emissions laws changed in late 2004 so i neede a 2005 ttdi diesel pump as there only made in very limited numbers 605+vat from ford eek! plus injectors at 480+vat a

so it wasnt looking good for this van and it was going to be sold off

but i have since found a pump for 300 and apparently the injectors should work with it so happy days still 1k bill comin for all the fecked wiring etc but better that 2.5 it was goin to cost

had engine fitted from focus so wrong diesel pump when they tryed to bodge it to work the blew up the ecu so its had new pump new ecu new cambelt new battery new injectors

and now it need a turbo and set of tyres

kin'ell, thats the kinda trouble i used to get when i owned a berlingo!!!!!

dont no who they are there were a dealer ship i think anyway

but the place that sorted all the problems over 750 worth or parts and spent about 2 weeks on it was repton MOT center Basildon, bloke called tony auto sparks mainly send all my problems to him they always come out working

he pu some serious hours into this fukker tink it was like 70 odd

lil update

had a good investigate on the turbo proble i think its fecked altho its sucking air it will not rev freely when connect even without the intercooler connected

striped out the old ply line



fitted my new headlight bulbs and side lights

fitted all new indicator bulbs aswell

for some reason i have no dipped beam, im goin to try the stalk first after that im stumped full beams ok? when i put the full beam on i dont get a light on the dash to say its on
