Glad to get back to the meets after a long absence :)

A proper laugh of a weekend, really enjoyed it thanks to all that turned up and a big thanks to 'gravedigger' and son for sorting out the Db meter

I think the only way we could better next years event is if we can double the attendance to 200

This was my first Transitmania - felt very welcome and really enjoyed the Saturday night with the fire etc, plus it was good to put a few faces to names.
I wasn't always sure which van the trophies were for when the winners were called up, so maybe a mention of the van entry number as well as the owners name?
There were some amazing vans there. Can't wait for next year!
Even my son enjoyed it :)

Yes, it was a nice turn out, but perhaps the thing I missed, was a burger van.

Billing don't allow outside caterers on during the bank holiday weekends! We also need a volunteer to do it

If you want a challenge... you can pull mine all the way from Grimsby   prob the only way it'd make it back down there again..

Had a great weekend, despite the rain. Wasn't too sure what to expect, especially bringing the missus and kids along on their first time camping, but it was thoroughly enjoyed by all, with tonnes of stuff to do all over the site. Didn't get to meet many of the other owners as we spent most of time entertaining the sprogs, but the vans on show were fantastic and gave me a lot to think about as i get mine tidied up, (or just take the easy route and buy Hallmark's.....) pretty amazed at the work and creativity of some of you guys. Will definitely be coming along next year, would recommend it to anyone who thought about it but didn't go.

Huge thanks go out to Matt and Jono, who kindly helped put up our tent in the dark, as we arrived pretty late on the Friday.

I do have one semi sensible suggestion, how about having a tug of war type thing during the day, teams could be made up from owners of different mks etc or just random teams. You could also have tug a van over a certain distance.

A few games etc normally go down well at most shows.

i would detour from my busy schedule to offer my services personally vetting the candidates purley to make sure we dont get any mingers :D :D :D :D
