Can't wait for this -unfortunately we can only stay 1 night - the important night - Saturday! lol got stitched for 2 nights' camping - I really hate the people that run Billing - because it's a Bank holiday weekend you can only book a minimum of 2 nights camping.... sigh Their organisation really does leave a lot to be desired.

Apart from that -I just know it will be a good weekend, might have to bring the young un (who's not so young and NOT impressed by having to sleep in one of the vans! lol) We're not bringing the caravan, seems like too much hassle, but if we have to bring him we may have to I'm not towing it though!!! no way, Jose .......

Don't forget to bring food to put on the barbie, we'll bring some burgers and rolls see the thread about the communal bbq

Ok, getting ready to book billing, is the following correct:
Ring 01524 781453 for camping/booking

Quote TM5 for Transitmania discount

Shelduck 2 for camping, 3 for electrical hookup camping

£15 a night covers admission and camping for one night.

Can book any or all of 23,24,25th (fri, sat, sun)

Be warned - by using the discount you HAVE to book at least 2 nights' camping... That's what I was told and they wouldn't budge - so you can have sunday night on us as we've paid and won't be using it lolol

Just booked mine for Friday and Saturday nights. Me and the missus staying in the van was £30 total (with discount code), very reasonable I think.

Now just gotta get the van in a livable state before then! Oh and gotta get it through it's MOT as well....

OK i've only just cottoned on to Transitmania (yes I know!) and i've read all of this forum thread but i'm a bit slow... so just to confirm, I can just turn up on Saturday (its the only day i'm free but i'll be in Northampton anyway) pay entry on the gate, drive in with my Transit and park up amongst all you lovely Transit enthusiasts and have a nice afternoon then go home that evening when i'm ready?!
