I was told on the phone when I booked the tickets that I pick the tickets up at the gate...

also the gaffer is Val - she is aware of this too, but she is on a different number :)

but anyone ringing up NOW AT THIS MOMENT should be ok as both the 2 staff members on now are aware of the 2 night situation :!: :!:

................. i need a weekend away after all this

Try again, is there 2 numbers or something? One phone call fine, next, no one seems to know what your talking about!!!

£60.00 is right for three nights, without the discount code. Ring them back up and give them the discount code as on page 1 and the price will drop to £45.00 for three nights.

Hope that helps.

I called to book a place this morning and was told that discounts only apply to bookings made seven days or more in advance of the event. After talking to the girl (Helen) on the other end for a while and giving my address etc, she says "is that Andy?"

Helen is only my wife's cousin - and lives about 100 yards from where I'm sitting up here in Lancashire. The answer is yes - they do use a call centre for booking and it's in Lancaster. Talk about a small world eh!

They are right, you need to book at least a week in advance to receive the discount.

Right, just to confirm - I have just spoken to Billing central, booked myself in for 2 NIGHTS,
used FT1 discount code and was given the forum discount.

PAID £30 only!

Now - the lady also confirmed that the field we are on was changed to Shelduck Meadow 2, but she assured me we will see it clearly when we arrive.

Just as Jolly1 said - ring 01604408181 and ask to speak to a girl named Kayleigh - she is sweet and definitely knows what's going on!

She also confirmed that there is quite a few people booked in!!! So get your beer and see you there!!! :D
