Hi mate,

The torque sleeve thread is here:

http://fordtransit.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=45777&hilit=torque+sleeve

As for the cleaner, throw it all in the tank, or maybe even better, take off and drain (or change) the fuel filter and fill it with the cleaner before replacing it. If the bottle doesn't fill it then top it up with diesel before you re-fit.

Cheers,

Andy

There is like 1 problem which no 1 I mean no 1 has been able to sort out.

My van seems to over heat when I go over 70 mph, You can be standstill rev the crap out of the van and its fine only half way. I have had a new water pump flushed the system several times used the unblock rad thing. The only thing I can think of is head gasket?

I don't expect you to sort it out lol Just would be great if you could have a look and give me your opinion.

O yer also I need help trying to locate the reverse switch on gearbox as my lights have packed up.

:)

Try removing the middle two spots on your front end! And seeif there is a cowl on the inside of the rad, not sure there should be. Rads work by air pressure, higher pressure on front caused by you doing more than 70, on your private test track of course, and there is a partial vacuum under and behind the engine, so air should literally get sucked through the rad. You seem to be blocking some of the airflow with big spots. You have nothing to loose by trying parji!

That about covers it :D Although I would still put the cleaner in the tank personally!
