Lining & Bulkhead

Evening folks,

I have just bought a Transit 350 L3H2 DCIV 2018/68. I am looking to get it ply lined and also ideally do something about the bulkhead; seal it or insulate it etc. I can't get the self adhesive sound deadening to stick to the bulkhead so may need something else.

With regard to ply lining, I can't find any company who will do a ply lining kit for a double cab, I can only find them for the single cab variant. Does anyone know of any places that can CNC a ply kit for me, I'm not doing it myself as I want it CNC'd.

If you can’t find a kit to fit you van can you not get a full van kit and cut the front panel down.

Yeah I could do that but just didn't want to waste the extra. If I can't get one specifically for the double cab I will just get the full one ordered and cut it down.

I got my roof lining for my L2H1 custom DCIV from custom design shop, and they just made it to suit my measurements for the DCIV.

Have you tried mobile installers that come out and fit them.
