is ther anything you can get to hide the ruff edges of ya carpert in van around the windows etc like a flexible sticky edging of some sort please!!

Plastic angle bead? Well cheap and comes in loads of sizes too

Might need painting tho as prob white ...

Or black windscreen rubber?

cheers for that lads now xmas is out the way i can get on its nearly done like just a few things to do then it needs the outside doing ,some bullbars ready to go on ,still havin a problem gettin wellers like and a want the suspension up a little al try n post some pics like if i can remember how to dee it but cheers lads! :D :D

aye defo need something flexible like cos it needs to arounds corners n stuff! its not easy carpetin a swb transit like haha..

Or you could make a frame out of a piece of wood to go around the window, then cut a suitable sized hole oin the wood for the window, and wrap it completly in carpet so no rough edges show, then bond/screw the frame around your window

If you use a VERY SHARP Stanley knife, you should be able to get a very clean finish without having to bead it..new blade,new blade, new blade...thats the key.

I fitted the carpet under the rubber on mine, not the best picture, but gives an idea

looks alright a just need some finishin beads for mine now ,ive used battery power spot lights instead of electric..

just use knock on edge trim, avalible in various colours.

cheers but it needs to be really flexible to go round windows n doors to cover joints and ruff edging,wat about that iron on stuff is that any good i could sharp paint it black .... :D

Looks like the silver fox is in to a bit of S&M judging by the tie down points and that BIG silver shaft hes got in the back of the huggy mobil.
Im sure BJT will give us a master class on their uses. :lol: :lol:
