SEAT RAILS IN THE FLOOR??

am trying to find a suitable way of filling in the seat rails on the floor in a semi permenan fashion (so i can add the seats as and when i need them)...i have been told there is some kind of pop in thing you can get for them, but i cant find them/it anywhere as i cant even think what it would be called !!!

anyone know??? or even better anyone have some they dont want? long shot but hey....sqweeky wheel n all that.
