Skylight

Sorry if this is the wrong area to post.
Recently bought a hitop mk6. Was thinking of fitting a skylight to add more light. But then noticed the roof is 'ribed'. Is it still possible to fit one?? How to get around the problem?

I've put a skylight in my ribbed highroof Mk6.
Used a good flexible gunned adhesive, build up the small depressions first to give a flat bed all round... I used the adhesive and some thin off cuts from some PVC window trims
The important thing in my mind is to let the adhesive/sealant go off first while not fully tightening down the skylight , and then after it's set, tighten it down further, so as to squash the seal, like you would tighten a kichen sink or bath waste rubber washer.

Cheers both. Something to keep in mind in the not so distant future. What about depth of skylight??

Thanks people. Camper coming along nicely. Well apart from the new 'unit' to fit inside. Replacing the 2x1 home made job with a custom made unit. City link lost it. An now they'd have gone pop. . Thankfully hun who made it is going to make another one free of charge. ;-)
