Been looking into cable size and can anyone confirm the sizes below.
Whale water pump 2.5mm
Lights 2.5mm
110amp battery to control unit 25mm
Cassette flush ? Anyone know this one.
My system will be battery to contoll panel to items from a caravan.

i think your oversizing the main cable, 10mm would do, it's not a starter battery.
Use 1.0mm for toilet.
You may also want to split your lighting circuit into two halts, and use 1.0 or 1.5, because 2.5 is pretty big to get into switch terminals etc.
