i made this myself.
its has a foam rubber seal between the two halves, and spring latches either side so does not rattle and has a fiberglassed inner on the bottom half as these loos can condesate on the outside and drip inside the box. it also has two vents at the back to let air circulate, to minimise condensation.

the loo inside it is a thetford electric flush cassette loo and is 21 litre capacity same as the larger thetford cassette loos. it lasts ok for a family of 4 for a weekend.
i remove the box and put it in an awning when we go camping.

A late comment.

We have a drop down basin which is ok but, when stowed, it projects clumsily into the wardrobe.

When I have time, I will move it over the toilet so that the projection is towards the back door into what is otherwise dead space and free the wardrobe.

sound like a good idea although I would be tempted to remove the toilet and sh*t in the fold up basin

hope this helps
