My son works for a vehicle hire company and this was on their fleet.
They also sell their vehicles so when a customers engine blew up they took it out of this van to keep him happy.
The failed engine was then rebuilt badly, taken apart and then it was left standing for the next few years.
It came up for sale so I bought it.
Body work is very good apart from a dented front wing and some other parts that were taken off it as it was laid up.
So my job is get the engine cleaned derusted as the crank is now very rusty and reassembled to stop further rust occuring within the engine.
Need to track down 2 more lock mechanisms and also buy a Hykee for the drivers door.
Then go to a couple of motorhome dealers for some ideas.
