Help please

hi all im new to this forum and also new to the transit camper thing

I have converted my transit to a camper the only thing I haven't done to this point is add upper cupboards which i dont know how to go about building and fixing them
which carpet and what glue do i use to stick it to the walls and roof
how do i go about boarding off the roof

insulate the roof the same as the sides. Like kingspan or similar. Fix battens front to back or side to side the right depth. (grip fill is a good bonding material) so you can board over. Don`t forget to wire for your lights if your having lights. I have spent hours on here looking at what and how other people have done and brought all the ideas to what i want for an end result.
