MWB Camper/Race Van

Evening,
Been messing about with doing a conversion to my van for a while, I bought it as an on going project, a 110 Trend, so twin side loading doors plus a few extras as standard, the plan was to modify the interior and just go from there, but as usual a change of plan, meant a change in direction.
The van had to be usable, and home(mainly for 1 most of the time.) for the weekends away race marshalling, as well as transport a bike, the bed was re-made with some 2x1 frame, 15mm ply used all round, creating some under bed storage, and some where to put USB charge points, light switches etc, fed from the power take off at the back of the battery with an in line fuse, just in case.
The floor was already pretty good, but needed something over it to make keeping it clean easier, a ex workplace mat does the job, and being heavy duty rubber backed, easy to live with spills, tea, coffee, beer...tears.
A wheel chock is fitted to the floor, and the bulkhead step on the floor using a couple of the original bolt holes, bike is held well, and no problems when not in use, as a custom made cover, doubles up as a handy bed side table.
I got hold of a head liner from LWB minibus, cut down the sides, and fixed to the roof via some new fir clips, and a few new holes, the grey was changed to dark blue via graffiti spray paint, looks okay, and was only a tenner, some LED lights with a remote control fitted and job done.
Recent jobs have seen some 4 way stretch carpet in black go in, some floor lights, and a few extra storage pockets fitted in.
I dont have a cooker, I use a BBQ under a 3x3 pop up awning, I do have an awning rail to fit, that is for a 2x2 driveway awning, that gives enough space for a second(mine) room, if the wife comes along..
There is a mains hook up going in, nice and easy, just use a camping hook up, RCD 3 plugs, and a nice length of lead, which will shut under the door rubber. very handy for a heater to dry out the wet gear!
To keep things cold, I use a Igloo box, loaded with ice packs, will keep food and drink really cold for about 4 days.
and thats about it, so its more 50/50 than camper, the bike and all the tools,gear etc lives down one side and me the other, when I away marshalling, its perfect for chillin' out round the BBQ/fire pit after a day on circuit.
No doubt there will be some more add on's and extras, but for the moment...
