Side door swapping

Postby TheBigBadWolf » Sat May 27, 2023 1:38 pm

Hi forum
I’m about to start a conversion. Can pick up a side door with window from a 2009 transit MWB that a friend is breaking. Anyone know how easy it is to swap over and what other models it fits on?

I believe that the side doors are different between the different roof heights and body lengths, so it needs to be from the same model type as yours :)

I thought Mk6 and 7s have the same height and size side door (up to the gutter) but it was the back doors that vary in height depending on model?
