This is the work so far
11 years of dirt
All cleaned out and old ply taken out!
Red Oxide
Painted Black with metal paint to protect inside, using the paint below, oops i touched it, and it scrapped off, so had to scrape it off and get the real hamerite out!!
Dont use this, I realised it was water based
So its now painted and sprayed silver
However i got a little bit in my hair and on my hands
Father in law working late in to the night as I was ill in bed!
This is what I hope to have ready by the beginning of the summer, I used google sketch up to make this, when i get a chance i will scan my floor plan in, and post it.
Lots and lots to do still, and I am putting off jobs because i need to get the exterior rust treated, and resprayed so the conversion doesnt say white man van all over it. I was thinking of moon dust silver, with some black logos my wife has designed
Just fitted my AMP, speakers are in (well stuck to the wall with their magnet) but the sound quality is so much better, Insomnia by faithless came on the radio at just the right time to give it a real try! just about to go out and get a T bit to remove the seats, as tommorrow I start work on the floor, see my other thread on floor ideas, Ill get some more pics on here ASAP.
