Transit awning

Postby jward50 » Thu May 28, 2009 7:48 pm

Hi I am new here and was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on which awning I can attach to my Transit 350 LWB T. We want something with sides and a front, any advice gratefully received.
The height to the guttering is 214cm and the length of the van is 440cm

I got one of these for my Mk4 Tourneo style thing and I'd highly recommend it:-

It was the best value for money awning I could find. Its roomier than it looks and our one has survived some pretty awful weather. It is easy to clamp to the gutters on my van but I think they do adator kits for vans without, or you can use awning track...

We've had a party of seven all sat quite comfortably in it on a particularly rainy camping trip. :D

definatly get a drive away type, or else you end up packing up every time you need to hit the shops
