finally got my van to a campsite

Postby frank133 » Sun May 31, 2009 10:01 pm

Well after spending months working on this van,
engine,gearbox.interior,repainting,
I took it with my wife and dog to North wales,
it was well worth all the hassle I have had with it.At one point I was ready to give up and cut my losses,
That was due to taking the gearbox out so many times. But hopefully all that is behind me now.
We had a brilliant three days camping, hope to have many more,we now know what to take with us and what to leave behind,The ultimate goal is tour the north coast of Scotland for a few weeks,
Although this engine is non turbo it pulled up the hills and kept up a good seventy on the motorway,
