HELP PLEASE. I AM FITTING PL PANELS TO MINIBUS CAMPER CONVERSION AND I WANT TO KNOW WHAT THICKNESS TO USE AND BEST WAY TO ATTACH

I think 6mm ply is the most common..

not sure yet as I am still taking my time in planning this, It has some welding to be done first so I am gathering info en route

Use Decorative Ply, this is what is used in motorhomes and caravans, it is 6mm thick and has a finished surface to one side, you can pick it up for a bout £6 per sheet for an 8 x 4 as most caravan manufacturers change their designs every two or three years and sell of surplus board.
