I don't know where your pic is hosted, but that hasn't worked. To show it on the forum you need to host it first, upload it to somewhere like photobucket.com (free account), uploading is no harder than adding an atachment to an email. You then need to copy the code starting IMG (generated by the website) and paste it into you forum post. You don't use the URL button when writing the post, just copy the IMG code and paste it into the post. Click on 'Preveiw' before 'submit' to check it's worked!
