Off grid power?

I'm planning to do quite a bit of freeloading and want to charge my eleccy bike off grid via inverter, run fridge, lights etc. but was thinking of keeping leisure and van batteries separate to avoid discharging the van batt.
I'd probably be staying up to 3 nights in one place so thought solar was my only option but am reading about the B2B Chargers and how easy they are to fit.
Can anyone explain these in simple terms?

Dead simple earth and live to van battery and the same to the leisure batteries with the earth lead you could earth it to the chassis but on mine nothing on the leisure side is earthed to van chassis it’s the same wireing for the cheap ones as the expensive sterling type but the sterling one charges quicker as for size it is a lot bigger

Thanks, I've just looked at the sterling ones and there's a choice of 2.
12/12v 30amp and 12/12v 60amp
Would the 60 amp charge quicker or is it for more than 1 leisure batt ?

I got mine from 12 volt planet it’s the 30 amp one it charges two 120 amp batteries that are linked together so far I’ve no run them flat I use them to run all my 12v systems plus a 1500 wat inverter to run 500 wat microwave never more the 10 minutes in a day without running the engine and had no problems if you are going to park up fo longer the 60 maybe of more use to you 12volt planet are very helpful give them a ring they will be able to help when I had a question they gave me sterling’s number to give me advice give them a call

That’s not cheap but I suppose my setup is about half that price and if the engine a running it is guaranteed to work will that be ok when the sun does not shine

Apparently the controller/inverter has a fan running so no good for sleeping compartment.

Also found this 240v chest freezer which has a low setting allowing it to be used as a fridge, more economical to run than front door setup apparently

I have 2 compressor fridges in my cab and one has a cooling fan and it don’t bother me , traffic noise bothers me more

When the dude selling the product warns about issues I tend to listen, also the ring one pointed out to me does B2B so I can add an inverter to that.

Following this with interest, not wanting to hijack the post, anyone know if you can add a solar panel straight onto a CTek B2B charger or if you also need a solar panel controller ?
