Hi Jon,
The bearings came off ebay, if you search " BEARINGS 6200 - 6209 2RS " it will come up with list of sellers, I used the first listed Bearingoptions, cheap and really fast.
I ordered the bearings before ordering the Unistrut, and took dimensions off the unistrut website. When my strut was delivered It differed slightly in size from original 'Unistrut" and I needed to reorder. Ordered 32mm O/D and found 31mm would have fitted but used 30mm the next stock size.

To save you time they are listed by QTY 10x Type 6200 2RS I/D 10mm O/D 30mm Width 9mm

I used the 2mm thick heavy duty strut .... if you are using light duty, its likely a larger diameter will fit so definitely measure first

hope that helps, let us know how you get on .......

regards Colin

Hi Colin,
Thanks for the prompt reply and the ebay links.. I don't think I will get this done for a couple of weeks, but once I do I will make sure I post some photographs.
Thanks again
Jon

Nice project, I've been keen on a camper since I lived in a couple wicked vans in new Zealand, it's a great way to take time off! Being a mid roof is a plus too which I'm keen on down the line... You'll have some sweet times in that camper!

@Ian @Kedishen cheers for the comments guys Image

I've recently installed an Asus Nexus 7 Android Tablet over the front of the Double Din Radio space. The van had the Tacho mount fitted when I bought it, and the original Ford radio was missing. I used a existing Single DIN pioneer radio and stuck it in the Tacho housing. It all fitted in well

I have the steering column Stalk for the radio and would like to get it back in use, I dont think my Pioneer DEH P7000 USB can accept a plug

Are there any independent radios out there that will accept the radio stalk ( I guess with some sort of adaptor) something I could pick up 2nd hand preferred
Or if thats a nogo ... are there any Ford radios in a single DIN that will plug and play on the Stalk

Cheers Colin
