right here goes first update
not alot done really but the insulating and ply lining was a pain lol

bit of an update
windows tinted limo black
made it a bit dark inside but plan to fit 2 sky lights later on
toilet built and daughters bed built up the front
will be a fold out bunk bed above daughters bed then a double bed at the rear
storage under all the seats -come beds storage cupboards will be running along the roof

Your cupboard looks awesome, I wish i could get such a perfect cut following the shape of the van, how did you manage it, and who was your supplier for carpet? Also what sort of ply did you use for lineing?

carpet is from the local carpet place just cheap cord carpet
the ply wood i got from wood yard thin stuff
2x1 wood to make the frame first then clad with the ply wood and then carpet
to get the shape of the side of the van is very easy
but hard to explain but will try
you need to hold the wood up so it touches the top part of the wall by roof
then using a block of wood hold the pencil against the block then run the block of wood down the side of the van while your drawing a line along plywood
very very simple and it works a treat perfect line every time
