LOL i bet it stinks with all that adhesive.

What you could do when you got a spare few quid buy some black silicone and use that in the edges to finish things of. :)

To be honest I'm immune to the smell of glue, must have been all those airfix kits as a kid LOL

As for the silicone, I'm in front of you with that one mate :) ... but I think I'm going to use sikaflex, should be a bit tougher, hopefully get some alu angle made a work to go around the edges.

No mate, it's a V-regger, got it a couple of years back, best one I'd seen in about 20! gave nearly 3K for it :x only good thing is I barralled a load of waxoyl init as soon as, just sailed through the mot again, solid underneath and just done 70K, must be worth all of a grand now 'eh? (what some kind chap offered me the other day, even though it's not for sale), though with this new insulation, lights, flooring, split charge, leisure batt, invertor etc.. must be worth £895 LOL

The only thing I have noticed with the foil foam is that the dink has gone from the panel (floor) when you tap it, so suppose it does work as soundproofing aswell...

Here's a shot of the mains sockets (invertor) and the 12v sockets on the rear wheel boxes, you'll notice I've also made a box to fit in the side footwell to hold the jack and other bits...

That van looks really nice. I am sure you were down at the Northern meet ryt?

You should post up some proper full size pics of the van mate.

Soon maybe, could do with a bit of a touch up here and there, new bonnet needed to (dented)... but I've got loads to do besides, got new drums/shoes/cyls to fit... cambelt/waterpump, was assured belt had been done, but looks undisturbed (70K), there's plenty of cavity wax in there but the scabs have started topside, sad thing is there's little dings here and there that haven't broke the paint, these are as bad as the scabs!, maybe next year?
