dam

i am 6ft 2 so doubt there much chance of me standing up in one :(

am looking at building a camper, but suppose would need hi roof instead of medium roof

I'm 6'6" and I can just stand up in our hi roof, if I stand with my head in the roof light then thats even better :lol:

take a look at my post Minibus to camper mine is medium roof diesel, automatic, Minibus
i am 6ft as well
and manage to get a ful 6x4 bed in toilet and sink - buner - oven grill combo unit & fridge

a bit of a mess at moment

im 6' 4 and have a med roof, no cant stand up in it, but will spend most of my time in it sitting or lying in it,

Wish I had yer woodworkin skills :mrgreen:

btw, you mentioned that the bed might be short, I did that too,but got away with it as the guy at the vosa office didn't even want to look at the van.
He said that I had enough documented evidence and didn't need a visual inspection :D
I had a folder full of receipts, a gas cert.,and a dozen pics of the completed van. :wink:
He just checked my v5 told me to sign a bit and three weeks later I got my new V5 :D :D

I have been so slow with my conversion :lol:

It's spent that past 6 months in storage with not MOT or tax, atleast it's been nice and dry and out of the weather :)

It has it's MOT at the end of the month, fingers crossed not much will need doing and then i can get on and finish her.


I did get quite a bit of use out of her last year in her half finished state :D
