the usual way is to build a compartment just inside one of the doors, so that you have to open the door to change it

looks well, but to be honest you should of sealed that insulation in plastic as itll soak up moisture like a sponge.

Hi just a thought but when you started to rip everything out , how much did it cost you to get it degassed and did you find any pipework in the ceiling ? I'm just asking as i have bought a fridge van and i'm planning to convert it but not the same way you have done yours.
