How are you attaching the wood to the sides of the van?

Right. But are the brackets screwed into just the ply or the metal too? Just thinking it's difficult to see what metal you're driling into once the ply is on, but is it adequate just to fix to the ply? I fixed my stuff into just the ply as the insulation was already done. It's a different ball game with this one; have to do it all myself on that day sooo far away after the weldings been done

Only into the ply! So long as your ply is securely fixed, pretty much all your fixings can be screwed into it. I just used 1/2 inch screws, and a few brackets at the top and bottom, and one in the middle.
Its still standing!

Today i finished off the kitchen unit. I managed to do this and the wardrobe all from one £20 wardrobe. Including hinges etc. So quite pleased with that.
I nearly cocked up the hinges though, as i forgot they need a 50mm offset from the unit itself. Thankfully though, i had enough wardrobe left over to butcher.

Very small update - fitted some handles from ebay and 6kg magnets to the doors. Worktop cut to size.

Can't decide on round corners or angles.. Iron on vs Metal trim.. Thinking i will bend some metal trim to fit.. Any opinions?

Fitted the sink, and sorted the waste drain. I will fitting another pipe to take the water away from the wheel.
I got hold of these caravan cushions for £25, which i think was a bit of a bargain. These will covered.

Love it, one wheel washed almost everytime you use it.... but worry that eventually the tyre could smell of wee
