used an air saw at college, but I'll be using a jigsaw to do the other side, to be honest a jigsaw would be easier to get round the corners the air saw is fine for straight lines but pants for corners. just remember to measure 5 times and cut once, I cut a smaller than needed hole to get the main part of the panel out the way then did a finer cut to get the right size hole for the window and rubber, one of the staff at college is a ex tour bus builder and thats how he used to do it, saves making major cock ups

Good work on the window mate :D Glad to see you got it sorted out. I used the same principal : you can always make the hole a wee bit bigger, but you can't make it smaller!! when cutting holes in my van - Scary stuff
Big blue's coming on a treat 8)

once you've done one anymore are far easier, I always have a good supply of jigsaw blade when I'm using the jigsaw as I tend to go through them quite quick too

I was starting to get a bit disheartened with the build, alot of work done but not seeing the benefit from it, so had the few days away and it spurred me on abit to get it finished, might go back over there again in a couple of weeks now I have a few more things done
