Going well thanks jonno. Manage a couple of weekends away. Recent steam rally with fuses blowing at every right turn and hot start problems again but all the fun of owning a classic.

Also got new curtains fit. They are black out lined curtains that also help keep cool in the day time and warmer at night. A big thank you to sally and helen for making them.

Out near hull at a small steam fair that I've never been to before. Camper running well done 75 miles this morning the only problems been petrol gauge has gone duff and reads only half when full and heater wants flushing again. Its great when u pull away from lights you get a rush of hot air then its like hot water can't get through fast enough and it tails off to aired.

Run out of fuel. No break down cover and miles away from a petrol station
Gauge is duff and I thought it had more in than it has. So I'm on grass verge on part of le tour having a brew waiting for a mate to come with some fuel. I think I could get some stick for this.

At least it's only lack of fuel... Nothing major which is a relief. We've all done that and been there, trust me! Hope you get home safe

Got sorted, a good mate came with a jerry can and even followed me home to make sure nothing else went wrong. It was around 20miles back home and its not flat so took a while. He'd been mowing on a tractor all day then decided to do his milk round when he got home to save him going to bed to get back up in a few hrs. Cheers jim top man.

Need to sort gauge and get somebreak down cover. I run up to the show with me dad in his autosleeper on its 1st outing but they stayed a extra night otherwise I could have syphoned a gallon out of his.
