Hi , what a great looking van , just about to insulate the roof of my jumbo , can I ask what you used to cover insulation , you say splashback.
Where did you get that from gives it a really clean look

Thanks, yeah it's from my local diy store, it's just tongue and groove splash back, think that's what it's called anyway

Dave, that's looking mint mate.

Is the shelving fixed in the back? In my sprinter I rigged up a cheap and simple hinged shelf system using scaffold boards & a few hinges. With a driv-up trolley I could load and unload my kart on my own. The main shelves were screwed into a section of 2x2, attached to the bulkhead. The rear supports folded inwards, turning the shelf into a ramp. I had to use a steering wheel seat clamp to hold the steering wheel straight. A few ratchet straps kept the kart in position, all the tools and crap went underneath.

Where did you get the bed foam from? I'm currently looking to replace a mould-ridden section of our bed with a new section of foam. It's uncovered & suffers whenever there is damp as we store it in the over-cab section. That bed foam looks perfect for the job.

Hi mate thanks, like what you did so you can load on your own, mine are fixed but there is always someone about to help me load, where did you get the white plastic to cover the walls in your boot???? upholstery-diy123 on eBay is the seller for the foam, 4" thick feels a little like mem foam tbh, be warned tho mate needs a good airing out as it stinks of chemicals very strong, cheapest quote I got tho and very happy with it

I think it was just bathroom cladding (I didn't do the job myself). I'll look up that ebay seller. Nice one :)
