Bumpers and plastic trim

Postby tragic » Thu Aug 23, 2012 3:53 am

My 2007 Transit camper van is suffering the same sickness as a number of other Transits that are on the road and that is the general degeneration of bumpers and plastic trim colour. Has anyone come up with a lasting solution to improve the appearance of these and enhance the good looks of these vans.

To all of the dispirited Transit owners who are putting up with fading plastic bumpers. A cure may be at hand, watch this space!

Clean them properly and use autoglym rubber and vinyl care. There is nothing better that i know of and is just as good on the dash doors and floors or any other plastics.Unlike spray silicons it cleans aswell as shines.
