Rear lights for Mk 2 C.I Motorhome

Just got back from 2 weeks in France in the Mk2 C.I Motorhome.Unfortunately i managed to wipe out one rear lens & at end of holiday a horrible frenchman finished the job by taking out the other & driving off. found one on e bay but its 6 days to end of auction & im off camping with tickets in 7 days.
Am wondering if i have to have Mk2 rearlights (appear to be same as off pick up or tipper?) or if something else would do .Any ideas?

Thanks Dave, no my lenses werent like that. I need whole fittings as one side is too smashed to take a lens.Taa for looking : )
