I'm guessing a 75ah Numax? It'll be fine, unless it's not.

Split Charging Relay kit - are £16 + VAT from Towsure

ps. Go Outdoors Batteries are not a true 75ah , don't believe the sticker - these batteries are made in Turkey by a company called Innasaku who are like to overstate ampage. For a fee quid more get a Varta or Unipart Leisure Battery

Surly its against the law to false advertise a product (trading standards would have them) :?:

Numax are a budget battery and as such, are (possibly) not such a good deal. Make sure you keep the receipt in case you need to take it back! My chum bought one online and although it stated 75ah, my intelligent battery tester suggested it was closer to 60ah. He used it as you would normally on a caravan. ie. hookup when parked at home and on sites and the Numax failed after less than a year. However, I bought one from Halfords (very reasonable with my discount card which took 40% of the shelf price!) and it was labelled as 72ah. My tester pinged it at 71.3ah, so close enough!! I've abused it in the worse possible ways ie. storing it uncharged, using it to jump start other things, boost charging it etc. and it still performs as it should.

Ambowely is that the halfords trade card? How much did it work out in the end?

I'm pretty sure the shelf price was just over £100 and with the trade card just over £60. I've just priced a battery for my Transit. Shelf price £96. Trade price £63. Halfords branded tools and service items attract a bigger discount than other stuff. The Bosch battery was £115 but dropped to £85 with trade card. A set of Halfords wiper blades for my Mazda Bongo went from £36 to £13!! Oil filter from £15 to £6...... The main problem for me is I have to actually go into Halfords with the card to get a price. My nearest Halfords is 25 miles away.
Sorry for the thread hi-jack. :)

How do you get a trade card just apply? Or is there any criteria?

It depends on the brank you apply to! I tried at York branch and they said no way. They wanted headed note paper, business bank account details, proof of annual turnover and a signed recommendation from Alan Sugar. I popped into Scarborough branch, explained that I work from home, was not VAT reg'd, and didn't have an official business account. The manager filled in the form for me and I got the card.
