Post your shower/toilet space dimensions!

I am doing some space planning and would like to know what are typical outside dimensions of a shower/toilet space.
Wife said it's a must.

Some picture of the inside layout would be appreciated too.

I have a caravan to strip as the donor for my camper conversion. The current toilet/shower in the caravan has external dimensions of 700mm x 1400mm. By trimming the shower tray, I am making it 700x1100mm. That makes the shower a bit small but who uses one in a camper anyway? It's big enough to wash down the kids when they've emerged from a muddy puddle and OK for SWMBO to wash her hair. I've also allowed enough internal space to be able to complete the paperwork without banging your head on the opposing wall.
