2008 Autosleeper PSU 200 Control unit

If you have trouble with the Digital power control unit. The following may save you some money.

The control panel above the door scrambled itself when I tried to start the engine, and had not realised that the vehicle battery was nearly flat. I was alerted to the problem by a chirping noise coming from the Electronic control panel above the rear door. It was accompanied by a scrambled message showing on the panel screen, and none of the 12v electrics in the habitation area would work.
I checked all fuses and switches on the PSU 200 unit inside the wardrobe, then tried disconnecting the main battery feed hoping it would reset, but it made no difference. I Googled Sargents website and found some info on the PSU 2007 detailing what to do in the event of a scrambled message. Remove the Control display unit. Disconnect the main loom plug. Wait 30 seconds and re-connect. This reset the unit and everything worked.
I recon this probably saved me £150 or so given the labour charges and so on, at an Auto-sleeper dealer.
