Removing Air Conditioning

I have a 2003 Jumbo Hi Top and it has a huge air con fitted which could freeze a penguin. Problem is the unit takes up so much space which I would rather have for storage as I am intending to use my camper in coldish places. It is fitted above the cab at the moment and I was looking at how it could be removed and so I followed the pipes to the engine. It all looks pretty major and integrated. Are they removeable? Sellable? Do you just have to remove the interior section and leave the other half on the engine? Maybe take the belt off so it doesn't steal engine power? and I guess I would have to get an expert in to release some gas pressure or something?

As I am sure you can tell I have very little knowledge of these things. Can anyone help me out here?

Yes it's removable, it's an after market fitment. You should have it degassed by a refrigeration engineer. Then it will all just unbolt.
It's bound to be worth something!

Don't forget to get the pump bracket off the engine
Or its only worth 50p

Ok any ideas on how to remove the pump bracket?

Or where to sell a used transit air con?
