units and seating dimension help

Hi all, I'm finally getting started on a 'refurb' in my old camper. It's a pre made conversion on an 87 swb and the person who converted it wasn't the best joiner. My joinery isn't very good so I'm getting my father in law to do it. Now to the point, I'm going to be pulling out all the kitchen and seating area and starting from scratch. I'm after generic dimensions for seating and worktop heights and depths for the kitchen cupboards. I already have the layout in my head and I'm going to build a rough frame to give my father in law a good idea of what I'm after. Sorry for the essay and I will be taking before during and after pics to post up!!!
