If you see an ad that they've written 'advertised elsewhere' it usually means if the item looks like it isn't going to achieve the amount of cash they want then don't expect to get it

This is why you have minimum starting price and reserve price but some sellers don't use them, maybe because i think it costs money to do that? I know buy it now does.
