rear brake judder AGAIN! ???

I have recently had a puncture on the rear of my T350 Tdci Motorhome, It has twin rear wheels and weighted at 3860kgs.
I fitted the spare and got the valve replaced, but I have a severe brake judder since that moment, nothing before that, awful afterwards, I thought that the hub might have been displaced by the handbrake when the wheelnuts were off and tightened in the wrong place, so I jacked it up loosened the nuts and handbrake off tightened the nuts again, It was better, but still there, It is the rear as I had changed both discs(rusty) and the handbrake brings it on as well as the footbrake.
It looks like I might need to take the hub (offside) off and replace it but it looks like a one piece hub, if it is there is a special spanner and a thread cover needed ,or is it? Could I have distorted something just taking the wheels off? or is there a common thread in here that I do not know about as I have had little to do with these axles. I do note that the oil hole is in the diff cover and not in the casting as that is meant to mean something about the hub type.

A lot of hassle later I have finally cured the Brake Judder that a lot of people have had. It got worse and worse and would have failed the MOT.
However the answer to the problem lies in two separate, brake Manufacturers, putting out service letters about it.
IT IS NOT OVAL DRUMS, at £260 each side plus VAT.
I was distortion of the drum/hub units cause by dirt under the faces and UNEQUAL torque on the wheelnuts which were TOO tight by a long way.
I took the wheels off and cleaned the faces and the hub face, replaced the wheels and torqued the nut in two stage 1. to 120nm and then stage 2, I redid them to the maximum of 180nm. with a good torque wrench. on both sides Th wheels are stronger than the drums and get distorted by the wheelbolts too tight.
Took it for a high speed run and stop and there is now NO TRACE of any judder what so ever. Not there now so it can go for the test.
I trawled the net trying to get the answer to this one but nobody seemed to have a clue as to why twin wheel Trannies did it.
So there I have done it and am a happy bunny.
