correct, 2 4" rollers. Didn't take as long as you'd think to go round the van, the rollers having a small diameter helps them get into the panel swage lines. Yeah it'll get another coat when the weather warms up a bit!

Long time no update!
Things have changed quite a bit since the last post. I picked up a scrap LWB mk5 which was a turbo variant but more importantly was also a high top!

So we cut the roof off of it and stole the turbo then weighed it in.

We then cut the old semi high top roof off Eliza, welded on the brackets which were removed from the donor van and attached the new high top roof using plenty of sealant! As a result of this head transplant the interior panelling on the roof had to come down, as well as the insulation. Last weekend we got the new roof insulated.

Now we've got the extra height we can have a rearrange of the interior, and incorporate a shower and a few other things we want.
Hoping to get the van useable ASAP to get a few trips in before Chloe starts ger masters :D

Top-notch build!!! Outstanding crafstmanship and creativity, and what a beauty the van has turned out!! In America, we'd call you "vanners" with the greatest respect. What a great job you folks have done.
