valuation or estimate

Postby cringe » Thu Apr 25, 2019 4:13 pm

Hi, All, my first time on this forum & I am hoping you might advise me. I have had my son's camper van parked on my allotment for the last 5/6 years, he has lost interest in it, he works away a lot & has little spare time. We both agree that it should now go to a good home. It is featured in 'Progress reports' - '1968 mk1 rebuild' - by 'nwtransitmk1' [the blue one]. I had engine running last year, as I had to move it to fell a tree. It is still in good condition, just needs a bit of 'TLC' to make it nice again. Your comments, advice & approximate valuation would be appreciated & then I would put it in the sales thread, further info' please ask. [hope I have not broken any rules].

Hi all, have not had any response, yet, but thanks for looking, 135 at last count. perhaps I am asking the wrong question? Do you think it would sell quicker if I were to invest my money & time to get it running with MOT? Or should I advertise as a project?

Depends on how much it will cost to get it done even though it is mot exempt always sell better with a mot
