Look in the spec and see if it uses MPPT. Mppt controls solar panel to battery.

Although not strictly to your spec, this is roughly what I've gotten for mine. Also avoid those kits that cost £800. You can buy a decent setup for less than £500 if you shop around. If you needed more capacity, add a second battery. If you need more power generation your could either go up to 390w LG Bi-Facial panel and the 40A MPPT Controller, or put a second panel and controller in.

VSR's I havent got to yet, so can't advise.

All big inverters have a fan on them. My 500w inverter has a fan on it (and gets pretty hot after running anything for 10mins). When you convert power, it generates a lot of heat. You either lose the heat or the inverter blows up. The thing to do, is switch it off when you aren't using it, like at night. If you aren't using it, then why run it?
