Maxfan rattles

I installed a max fan about 5 months ago and have always had rattling noises on bumpy roads.

I think it maybe very slighty out of square so one corner doesn't have as much pressure keeping it down. I'm now scratching my head thinking how I can sort it out as I've just about got the roof cladded.

Anyone had anything similar and rectified it without removing it all?
