Fitting a Battery to battery Charger on a 350

Hiya,

I recently upgraded my van from a 2006 T260 to a 2016 350 and have moved across all the stuff from my conversion nice and easily. I’ve been advised however that I can’t use the old VSR system I had to charge my leisure battery and am looking at the Votronic 12V/12V 30A Battery-to-Battery Charger (VCC 1212-30).

The question I have is about the D+ connection to the alternator. How do I know where to connect this on a Transit 350 alternator and is there an easy was to access it?!

There's a run signal on newer vehicles, which is a signal from the PCM it will be listed in the BEMM for your van which you can download from the etis website.
The BEMM will also give lots of other useful info about installing anything into the van. They are a brilliant and comprehensive bit of literature.
