Seat Bolt removal PLEASE HELP

Can someone please tell me how to remove the bolts that hold the seats. They are bolted through the floor but they have threaded and I just cannot get them off!

Use an impact driver, or get underneath and give them a good wire brushing then spray with penetrating oil, then back uptop and put an old screwdriver in the head and whack it with a hammer to shock it and then with a good fitting screwdriver put mole grips on it for better leverage and then put maximum downward pressure (get yer weight behind it) on as you turn the screwdriver, if this fails get an impact driver.
