Tourneo Custom window pattern templates?

Hi all,

I'm trying to source thermal blackout screens for my Tourneo Custom 2018 with tailgate and finding it surprisingly difficult.

I have seen these ones but I'm not convinced they're that thick or insulating...

Insulation wise, I'd love the Brunner ones which are a bit more rigid but obviously more bulky:

Which is basically what I had in my old T4. My question is, has anyone sourced Tourneo Custom window patterns that I can print out to make my own screens up?

I've looked everywhere but can't find any online - I bet they're there, hidden away in a corner under the bed of the internet...

Forget that - appears to be just the outside of the vehicle. Not the internal specs....

I use 10mm semi-rigid closed-cell foam, hand cut to fit precisely within window frames. Black finish on the glass side for stealth, carpet on the inside (reflectix can be added to the glass side for summer radiant heat reflection if required). No messy unreliable suckers. Total blackout. Excellent insulation. Because they fit close against the glass, very little air gets behind to condense.

Hey Johnporter11 - Nice result. But in the end I've found that Campal do the thermal screen ones - but using the thicker 7 layer material.
I've ordered a full set but I really do like the look of your solution.

They've just arrived and look to be well made/finished and not too bulky.
I'm only just starting out on my 'part time camper' conversion so it may be a while before I actually spend the night in the new bus but I'll try to update this once I have!

How much to supply a full set for a Tourneo Custom please? Would that include front windows also?
