Transit Custom Nugget Parking Heater problem

Hi all, I have a 2023 transit custom nugget and the parking heater is not working. It can not be switched on using the control panel in the rear. When the control panel is initially switched on a warning comes up on the screen informing me of a heating problem. This can be cancelled but the heating cant be turned on. Has anyone else encountered this issue.

Any help would be much appreciated.
