roof vent placement

roof vent placement

Hi, wheres the best places to put roof vents? i have the mushroom ones, cant make up my mind where to put them, thanks

the obvious answer would be in the roof

i know what you mean though, i put mine at the back in the middle of the roof. Beware of height barriers though, when loaded i was fine but had to visit one place empty and the vent scraped on there barrier.

My bed is at the back so i thought just in case it leaks at some point, to put it at the front.
Is one usually sufficient then?

i had my vent in for three years and it never leaked. Plenty of bathroom sealant did the trick for me.
mine is solar powered and the literature that came with it suggested that one would be fine and after three years i would have to agree.
