hi all still new around here and about to start a camper project
so will be uploading alot of photos to here lol
hope all goes well watch this space

just had 2 windows fitted today and 2 windows in the back doors
tommorows job is to find some skylights and get them in
then insulation and boarding

where did you get the awning from and at what cost? if you dont mind me asking...

have decided we have to have one but not sure what to get

i have had the awning for 3 years used it twice and broke it lol my fault pissed up :oops:
only just fixed it after 3 years of being on the floor of my garage
think it cost about 300 ish quid back then
no idea what they are now
but the new arm part i had to buy was 130 quid :cry:

The cheapest ones i have found are the fiamma caravanstore ones, around £150-£180 new but ive seen them go for under a hundred on the bay :)

hi chopper123 i fitted two fiamma 400 vents 8) in my crewcab didnt like the look of the flettner air vents how are you going to insulate the roof :?: ? thanks maico 490

with rock wool mate b&q havea buy 1 get 1 free at the mo
i have done the walls and carpeted 1 side now
just need to carpet the other side and then insulate and board roof

hi first class job beware of the condensation in the winter on the under side of the roof as they bead quite badly with condensation i did mine with 1"1/2 polystyrene then ply over to my disopointment there was still loads of moisture :x trapped in between fitted a few round sofit vents which helped
